Welcome to Sentri Radio. By accessing or using our website, web application, and mobile streaming applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.
1. License & Permitted Use
Sentri Radio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to stream audio channels for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Under this license, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, extract, or compile station directories or stream URLs.
- Re-broadcast, redistribute, or use any audio streams for public performances or commercial gains.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of our player client or Supabase databases.
- Inject unauthorized custom stream URLs that contain malicious content or promote illegal broadcasts.
2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations
We offer free tiers supported by visual ads, as well as a Premium upgrade that unlocks CD-quality lossless streams (HiFi page), full-resolution artwork, detailed Wrapped statistics, and unlimited saved tracks.
- Billing: Web payments are processed securely via Stripe. Mobile purchases are billed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Pricing: Pricing (e.g. Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime options) is clearly presented on our Premium page. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with prior notification.
- Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where mandated by local consumer protection laws. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard.
- Saved Songs Cap: Free/Guest accounts are limited to saving a maximum of 3 songs to their Library.
3. Audio Stream Directory Disclaimer
Sentri Radio operates as an index directory of publicly available internet audio streams.
- Broadcaster Copyrights: We do not host, store, stream, or redistribute any media content. Copyrights, licensing agreements, and ownership of all streams, audio feeds, logos, and tags belong solely to their respective broadcasters.
- Availability: Broadcasters are responsible for maintaining their own streams. We do not guarantee the availability, content, or quality of external audio streams.
- Takedowns: If you are a broadcaster and wish to update or remove your station from our directory index, please email us directly.
4. Service Limitations & Liability
Sentri Radio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding connection stability, stream metadata accuracy, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our applications, including network data overages from streaming.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to review and update these terms to reflect feature upgrades or regulatory changes. Continued use of Sentri Radio after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
